They're rude. They cancel appointments. Their service department is laughable - we spent almost $400 on repairs to an appliance that DID NOT solve the problem. They offered us $100 off the price...

As noted, the sales guys are horrible. They don't return calls when they say they will. I bought a stove from them 3 years ago, it doesn't work and they don't service that brand. If they don't service it, why would they sell it? Go elsewhere.

Bought a fridge that was over $1700. Turns out the fridge had a faulty internal water line that leaked from day one eventually causing over $1500 in damages to my kitchen floor and basement ceiling. Fast forward a little time, the fridge is now only 2 years old and already needs a new compressor, evaporator and seal system.
