they almost seriously hurt my dog by recommending too much medication and then trying to cover it up! Please think twice before taking a beloved pet here!

We just moved to HB this last weekend and obviously picked the wrong Vet office. The front staff seemed indifferent to the pets there. I like to see staff that love animals and their job ( they didn't seem to do either). The doctor didn't take time with us and I left there feeling like we didn't know any thing more than when we got there. We ended up with a long list of things done and a big bill but not really knowing what was wrong with our boy. We would NOT recommend this place.

I have been taking my dog to AAA pet hospital for 3 years, and have had the final straw. The Front desk staff is very unprofessional, I always hold for 15-20 minutes on each call, and have never had a call back on test results, after spending up to $400 on tests. It has been five days since I brought our beloved dog Abby to your “hospital”. I realize the decision I made to end Abby’s life in a compassionate dignified manner was the right decision. The choice I made to bring her to your facility was the worst I or anyone else could have made.

They recommended too much medication that caused my dog to become very sick and then they tried to cover it up! They were completely unsympathetic and uncaring to my sick dog and were rude to me. Please be careful and do not take your pet here!
