I was given their name through the manufacturer of our washing machine. He (Tom) came out and charged $200, said it was not covered under warranty, only to find out that it was! I wouldn't care, but he fixed one problem and left another, the washing machine is now leaking and he has been unwilling to come out and fix the leak he created!!
