Help us make it rightI kind of wish there was an option of a lower review than 1 star. I have used this company MANY times and have given then multiple opportunities to make good. Maybe I am the dummie for going back, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. For the most part, things were not always bad, but lately things have been beyond bad. I’m not sure if they changed management, but these are my LAST 3 experiences:
1) My sister was visiting from out of town and when I called her a car to go to the airport the driver was overly rude to her. He asked her how she would like to get to the airport...
They provided me and my company with excellent service at a very short notice. The driver was professional, understanding and on time. I would highly recommend them for your next corporate travel or event. Great Job!!
A-1 Carma Limousine has been fantastic! I have used them three times in the past few weeks (I just moved to Hoboken) and have been met with the utmost respect and professionalism and have been thrilled with the service. I used them From EWR to Hoboken and from Hoboken to EWR.
I have to say, in an era where good customer service is as rare as finding a parking space in midtown, it is so relieving to know that this company goes above and beyond the call of duty. The drivers are so friendly and should all be commended on their work!
