I am Bert Stephens, I own this Company. I have NEVER EVER in the history of my business done business with "g2002" the person that wrote this slanderous review. I have in my research, found out that it is a "BOGUS" account that was set up to post this review, and has been inactive every since. Unfortunately, Competitors, total strangers, or anyone can make post like this and nothing can be done about it! I have an impeccable customer service rating. As a matter of fact, I have over 10,000 very satisfied customers, and have NEVER had a warranty or call back. I am pursuing legal options on having this untrue, fake review removed.

Worse experience ever! Never believe this a@!%!*e! He just tried to take advantage of you. And if you have any question the only thing he can do is to say the F words to you. Don't waste your time and money with the low level rednecks. what a pity.
