We like our pool man (Joey) very much. No bull just does his job and moves on.
Home warranty insurance had them come to our home to repair our spa which was leaking. Took over a week to get a straight answer from receptionist on when they would be coming to our home and then another week for them to actually show up! Receptionist was very unprofessional and I suspect is someone who works for the company's mom or grandma. She kept insisting that ""they could come out when we were not at home if we would just leave a gate open!"" (My insurance company had to call her and tell her she could not do this) When ""techs"" finally came out, they ignored an obvious leak...
