We were looking for Cambria quartz for our kitchen remodel. Unfortunately, there are only two fabricators in the area, A-Tech and FloForm. Florform doesn't sell directly, so we went with A-Tech because of better pricing than the FloForm retailers. The product is beautiful. FloForm has a wonderful showroom with full slabs, which A-Tech lacks. Installation was a hassle, though, with A-Tech. They showed up a day early to template, which seemed great. However, the templater, Mike, was unfamiliar with the product and could not answer basic questions about unsupported overhangs and weight limits. Then, they showed up a day late for installation and threw off plumbing installation. They messed up the cut, causing us to wait over the weekend. Despite Mike's promise to have the install completed on the following Monday, the installer just dropped off the slab and left with no explanation. This again threw off the plumbing installation. Mike wouldn't even call me back to explain and had his installer call me to say they were just too busy. In hindsight, I'd pay the slightly higher price to get better service. FloForm knows their product. Don't bother with A-Tech.
