Help us make it rightI was moving just a block from my old residence and the A-Team lost two of my boxes from a small moving truck...not van. But that's only a small part of how bad this company is - they damaged two pieces of furniture, punched holes in my walls and gouged me for more money before taking my things off the truck. They put 80% of the boxes in the wrong rooms, complained about how heavy they were and crushed, dropped and manhandled everything. When I asked the movers about the holes in the walls they said they were only responsible for the boxes and furniture (65 cents per pound) not the damage to my walls. After reporting the loss of my boxes to the police they miraculously appeared on a truck. Even after the boxes showed up it took two days of calling and pleading to get any response. And the response was rude, insensitive and arrogant. They promised to bring them the same day they found them but never showed up. The next day they said they would bring them by noon and again they didn't show up or call. Finally after dozens of calls and more attitude from the company, I had to meet the driver at a clandestine destination to finally get my boxes. And it comes as no surprise that many of my valuables were missing. I just don't understand all the good reviews when I felt like I was raped by a company that blamed me for the loss. (They didn't apologize or say they were sorry, they said I should have checked the truck. Not their movers...me!) I can tell you the movers for the most part were pleasant and at first I didn't notice the damage but after I looked closer I realized the depth of their incompetence and malice. If you value your belongings and don't want to be ripped off DON'T EVER USE OR RECOMMEND this nightmare of a company.
This is the second time we have used A-Team Movers Pasadena, and we could not be happier with our choice. We appreciate the fact that the estimate was accurate and there were no surprises the day of the move. The team that was sent was outstanding, performing their work quickly and courteously.
The guys are A-Team Movers Pasadena are fabulous. From start to finish they were complete professionals - their estimate was right on and they were totally upfront about costs, no surprises! They were very careful with our things, worked quickly and efficiently and were courteous to us. All of them spoke perfect English and followed any directions / requests either my husband or I gave. And their prices were really reasonable! I will recommend these guys very highly to friends and family definitely give them a call next time you move!
Avoid this company. The South Pasadena address is fake. God knows where their offices actually are, but I know from having used them last month how bad they are. They pulled every shady movers' trick in the book, it was almost cartoonish.

A-Team Movers Pasadena treated all my stuff by having respect and anything is in my brand-new spot in the same ailment itted is in my last place. I can not even say that regarding the times I've moved MYSELF. They had no issue carting my stuff up to a 3rd flooring walk up with a town-house style stairwell.
The movers were on time, had really good attitudes and were remarkably simple to collaborate with and connect with. A-Team Movers Pasadena handled all my stuff with recognition and every little thing is in my brand-new location in the same condition itted is in my last spot. I can not also state that regarding the times I've moved MYSELF. They had no complication carting my stuff up to a 3rd floor walk up by having a town-house style stairwell.
