I noticed your post and found it disturbing enough to sign up and make a post. If A Step in Time cleaned your gutters and did not do an excellent job, call the office and ask for Ray Gessner. He will offer you a full refund. A STep in Time keeps detailed computer records of all our 40,000+ clients and can pull it up by name. There is no Chad Peterson in A STep in Time database.

The workers left a mess on the sides of the gutters and on the ground, they scratched my gutters because no padding was used on the ladder to protect them. I will ask around for a different company next time.
