Steve is a graduate gemologist from GIA and knows his diamonds. You can be assured that if he appraises a piece of jewelry for you that it will be accurate according to today's market value. He is a nice guy who does a great job.

About 5 years ago I picked CA Gem Labs out of the phone book for an appraisal, and I've never gone to another jeweler since then. Steve is incredibly well-informed, honest, and someone you can really trust. I came here to have some old jewelry appraised and was impressed with their service. I spoke with Steve, the owner, who was very knowledgeable about what my options would be if I wanted to sell all or part of the bracelet I brought in. They had a lot of nice jewelry around but I didn??t purchase any so I don??t know the deal on that.
