Absolutely Scam Artists
Ashley I've had the same problem as you. Once Michael collects your money you are stuck with a c@!p product that will never be serviced by the warranty he "guaranties". A google search of this company would have revealed that this is a habitual problem with reliance appliances. This company is not worth the risk

Scam Artists!!!
My name is Ashley and I recently purchased a washer and dryer from "Mike" at Reliace Appliances.... You supposedly get a warranty with these products. Ha right. For starters he delivered me the complete opposite dryer i purchased, then within three weeks the motor went out in my dryer. He told me for a solid week straight he would come and fix it...Then he avoided my calls and was rude and hung up on me several times. There are seven people in my home and I expressed my dryers importance to "mike". He lies, makes false promise, doesn't return phone calls, is very rude and doesn't know what the word warranty means. Very unprofessional now i have a broken dryer that is two weeks old and he has no intentions of fixing. Thanks scam artist!
