Anthony is very rude and obnoxious! His staff is not knowledgable about "their policy" with accepting credit card payments. He quoted me a price for some work that I was sure I did not need at an astronomical price at that! I had it towed to another location and SURPRISE it was a much simpler and cheaper fix!! Avoid at all costs unless you have time and money to waste!!

How are these people still in business? Do not use the company. If you have roadside assistance, refuse to have your vehicle towed by A&R Towing. The customer service sucks!!!!! If I could give them a "0" star rating, I would.

Called at 9pm the tow driver finally arrived at 1am after 5 hours of waiting to find a driver to take the call. The driver who towed the car got arrested shortly after picking up my car for driving without a license or revoked license something like that. I spoke with the police officer who said he even almost hit the police car.

Dreadful service, do not have respect for customer, they was called for my insurance comp , I could not check it, as soon you google it you can witness that they are rude, they put the car whenever they want, they treat you like a bad joke, research please and do not have a horrid experience with them.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DOESN'T EVEN COME CLOSE! Doesn't seem very knowledgable, very careful with no regard to your vehicle, drives reckless and not even professional enough to wear a uniform (came in sagging jeans) and they were 20 mins later than they were suppose to be.
