In today's market, people understand that it is a buyer's market but what this company does is incredibly wrong. Not only do they fabricate problems with homes in inspection reports, they scare people away from older homes, making minor issues into large expensive problems. This place is just like those 3rd party vendors employed directly from insurance companies to say no if you have a claim....

I was very pleased with my whole experience. Jeff was very friendly and very professional. He took the time to explain everything he found on the house that needed fixed and he made sure that I understood. Jeff was top notch. Thanks for everything. I was happy that I chose Jeff and I would use him again.

Jeff was very friendly. When he walked around with me to show what needed to be repaired, he gave me helpful hints and suggestions of places that I could go to save me money in order to fix the issues.
