Darrin took it upon himself to go above and beyond the call of duty. He quickly did exactly what I asked him to do and then he did a system and software check. He found a bad cable that was slowing my Internet access. He found and removed viruses that my antivirus software missed. He ran a malware scan that found and fixed more problems. Etc. David resolved the issue promptly, offered some helpful suggestions in other areas and diagnosed the ned to replace my hard drive in the near future.

When I called A Plus about a particular issue, the response was drop everything and get over here as soon as you can. I did that, and Alan was able to alleviate all potential damage that was looming. What amazing service! Thank you A Plus.
