I've been buying Christmas trees from this store for a long time. This year I had an issue with the tree twice. I was annoyed which caused the store employee to have an attitude. Nothing but excuses about why, and nothing about what he could do to fix the issue. Problem was escalated to the owner of the establishment. They refused to warrenty a tree and lied about what was reprsented to me. I was told if I used their mulch they would warrenty the tree when I returned the first time after about 4-6 weeks and no leaves they said if I scatched the tree and it was green it would still live.
