CAREFUL : Dishonest, ridiculously charged
I left my vehicle as my Service Engine, BAS lights were on. I left it on Saturday. They didn't even test it on Saturday evening. That greedy onwer of that shop called me Monday and said they have fixed it but had spent 6 hours to fix some electrical issue with the computer. I was in total shock. He didn't change any parts but charged me 589 dollars. I want him to revoke the work he has done but then I was not sure what he will do to jeoparadise the vehicle. so I end up paying the whole amount. This will be my last visit to this shop. Is there anything I can do to stop him from looting the customers?

DISHONEST
They billed for 'work' on my car and DID NOT DO THE WORK THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR. It caused a steering failure. Moreover, they charged more for the work than is in the auto manual (twice the listed hours!). And (if that is not enough) they charged for work that was not approved. I am reporting tot he DAR and taking them to court - BEWARE

They charged me 75 dollars for a fan belt for a 2005 Toyota Corolla, retail price for a genuine belt is $30! Not only that, when I left the car there on Saturday they said it would be done by 3:00, I called at 3:00 and they had not even looked at it and now said come back on Monday, if they had said so in the first place I would have gone somewhere else. When I finally did leave it there they...

I had a very nice experience in this shop I stopped by pep boys and they couldn't help me however I took my vehicle to A One Autoworks and they promptly resolved my issue.
This is based on my recent experience with them. This place may charge what other reviewers consider an exuberant amount of money for its service. But I have to say, these guys have the expertise to diagnose hard-to-fix problems. For the most part, I think they are honest with the amount of work they have to do to.
My car had brake problem. I went to numerous shops to try to get a diagnosis. I...
