He's a Lunatic

The sorriest excuse for a 'professional' I've ever known. We've had to deal with Brennan for a few different situations in the past and ALWAYS regretted it. He has NO CLUE what he is doing, either with electronics or Heating/Plumbing. And the plumbing "repair" that he did was so bad we had to bring in ANOTHER plumber to have his work fixed! He's rude, talks continuous nonsense, and told me, even though I was the one paying for the work, that he refused to talk with me "because I was a woman." Pathetic.
