Using google I have found that a telecommunications company in Malaysia has purchased netspend not too long ago.Suddenly all these charges for Telecommunication services from Malaysia pop up on my account???They are asking me to send a police report, an affidavit and all kinds of things instead of refunding my money and making sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
