Bob does not do a written contract. If you move in the middle of the month, you will be charged the remaining of that month plus 1 year on top of that. Will not pay for early move-out. Will charge $300 per aluminum door panel that has any dent in it. Door locks are not mounted correctly to secure to framework. Loses check payments supposedly in mail. Screens calls.
