New to the area, I was seeking a good dry cleaner to handle my suiting and career separates. I found this cleaners in an obscure part of Port Jervis and decided to give it a try. I expected a large bill, however, what I did not expect was the poor presentation of my clothing when I picked it up. Who does not press slacks and skirts? Further infuriating is that my Silk Ralph Lauren blouse was missing. Why call me to alert me that my clothes are ready if they are not? I tell the proprietor to credit me and return my blouse.
