Gentleman purchased a computer. The computered failed under warrenty. Instead of making him wait for us to repair his computer we upgraded him to a faster computer with more ram. It states right on the receipt that there is no cash refunds.

I bought a refurbished computer here. I was able to buy a computer for much less than a new one. It's nice to be able to work with the owners of the store. With the warranty, I know they do the work in-house to save time!
