Bottom line? we've been there for 2 weddings. Both times they tell you what you want to hear and then come back and say "they dont know who told you that, but its not true" both times the bride ends up in tears. they put my mother in tears at one location, they put me in tears at the other one. their favorite phrase is "well I dont know who told you that but it's not true." Owner not really interested in going above and beyond because the contract you sign says they get to keep your money no matter what. I would go anywhere else!

we have been to this place twice now - once at each location and they are terrible to work with. for my mothers wedding they told her that all kinds of things were included and she was working with this really nice girl. well the girl quit or got fired -depending on who you asked - and next thing you know they are going "well I dont know who told you that but its wrong" and TRASH talking the girl ...
