Don't use Direct Appliance!!

Direct Appliances is terrible they do not know what they are doing and rip you off. My 2 and a half year old Whirlpool wash machine has broken down three times in 5 months with them repairing it. I asked them to come out for free the third and they won't do it. I have already paid them $280 and it is broken for the third time and they won't. They don't care about anything but your money.
