I brought my iPhone 4S in for a screen repair. I'm giving two stars because the general staff was nice. Unfortunately, my phone didn't work after being repaired. The owner was extremely rude after I asked for a refund. To make matters worse, I was even told that I "wasted his staff's time" because they also were unable to fix my PS3. Poor customer service. I will not be returning!

I took my broken desktop PC here after another shop failed to diagnose and repair the problem. These guys were friendly, got the job done fast, and unlike the other shop, they got it done right. Their fee wasn't too bad either. I would absolutely use their services again, as well as recommend it to others. Oh, and bonus: cute dogs everywhere.
