These guys are great. When i was looking for a vacuum they took the time to find out what i needed. They recommended a Miele and a Riccar. Both were cool but i went with the miele. And the most awesome part was the vacuums they suggested…

It is obvious to me that the previous reviewer entered this business with an attitude.
I have dealt with this Hoover Company Dealer for 8+ years and have never encountered anything but courteous, knowledgeable representatives striving to please.
I suggest that you can "draw more flies with honey than with vinegar" might be a good lesson for people to learn.
