First told us "check is in the mail," then "we will drop off check," and finally "we can't return parts, so no refund." Did not return calls or emails.
Apparently a family business with various addresses and names (Jon/Chris Cerrito Jr./Sr., Chim Chimnee, Chimney Cricket, etc.), disconnected phone numbers, and lots of negative reviews! Website claims membership in National Chimney Sweep Guild; when I contacted NCSG, ChimChimnee was not on their membership list. Lesson: Check online reviews; ask for references; do not prepay for parts!
