It's bad enough that these people NEVER finish even a simple re-sole or re-heel job on time... taking as long as ONE MONTH for these simple tasks... but they LIE to you on the phone and force you to make an average of 3 visits per job to effectuate a successful drop-off and pick-up!

Worse still, they remove and discard your pricey boot-liners, without authorization. You call 'em up the...
