I scheduled a carpet and upholstery cleaning with this company on Thursday, June 26. They were supposed to arrive at my house between 1:00 and 1:30pm on June 30. They failed to show up. I called again, and they told me that they had me on the schedule between 3:00 and 3:30pm. I waited until 4:00pm to call to see if they were going to come at all. Horrible service, they were an hour and half late, without a phone call. They did a terrible job, the carpets looked the same. I will never use their service again.
