Honest, fast, and fair
Obviously, the service tech Mark was having a bad day. He refused to fix our TV that was in warranty. So when I called the owner, Shawn, he also had a bad attitude. Shawn is the owner's son who runs the place now, but knows nothing about customer service. I guess with so many people in the DFW area, you have to make a whole lot of them mad before you go out of business, so it doesn't matter to them.
Needless to say, another company has already ordered the part I need.
DO NOT USE A-AAA TV FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

total incompetence, will lie to you, order the wrong part and then flat out not call you. Bought service plan through Best Buy for my TV and got these guys. I have to buy the 200.00 bulb myself Best Buy and these guys will never see another dollar of my money, save your cash and go elsewhere. You have been warned
