Call Saturday for service... Was told they would be there Sunday... Never show up and I call to receive no call back... Was call Monday to be told that they was coming today and want be able to make it and rescheduled for Tuesday to receive another call saying they wouldn't be able to make it again... Whatever you do don't use them

Great customer service! I had a faulty pump and needed tanks pumped out. The crew was expedient, courteous, cleaned the mess and were reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend their services...

Phew, glad I read these reviews before I called this company.
Companies, you need to do better because in this modern day and age, word of mouth can kill a business especially with the Internet!!!

Deserves a -* . They were scheduled to arrive between 2-4 on a Saturday. No Call No Show. Tried multiple times all afternoon, evening and on Sunday. No the same company it was 38 years ago. I do not recomend them, nor will I ever call them again.

I called this company....showed up on time and the guy Kevin they had sent to do the job was TERRIFIC!!! I am having them come out again and put a new top on my tank. They are courteous,professional and a total pleasure to deal with. Sorry about the other reviews...maybe you should give them a second chance and ask for Kevin!
