The people are nice, the building is clean. The top load washers are low capacity and don't agitate well, they are $1.50 a load. I haven't used the front loader machines. If you find a good dryer they dry quickly, $.25/8 minutes. I did have one dryer that didn't work well and had to switch to another one. I think this is what you will find in most places though.
