We called around 11 in the morning. They said they would come by in about an hour. They asked for a call back number. After 2 hours we tried calling back but no one answered. We kept calling throughout the day and someone finally answered at 6. They apparently went to the wrong house, after having given them the exact address AND a call-back number, which they never called.
