Dissatisfied Customer - 2nd Broken Door!

A-1 Overhead Doors Inc. is a company hired by the Lakemont Community as the premier contractor for garage door installation and repair. Ten months after we moved into our brand new home, the garage door came off its hinges and nearly fell on my my wife and neighbor. The cause was later determined to be a installation error. A-1 was notified and within 24 hours, we had a new door installed. However, this morning the new garage door came off its hinges again...less than six months after the install. I notified A-1 of my issue at 7:15am and was told I would recieve a callback with the tech's ETA. Two hours later I had to call back and was told the tech would be at my location "this afternoon". I asked for the manager's name and number. I was told that only a first name could be given and that she could not provide me with the manager's phone number. I asked what time she would be in and I was told..."its Friday so, she should be in somewhere around noon". I asked for "any manager" onsite and was connected to an operations manager. I re-explained the nature of my emergency and told him I was unable to close my garage and LEAVE FOR WORK. The operations manager agreed to have the owner call me back to address my concern. I'm still waiting....
