I miss Bob. I trust Bob to find and prevent problems with my vehicles. Pat is helpful, but just doesn't have the same people skills. I have been a customer for many years, but will be going elsewhere.

I have been utilizing the services of A-1 for many many years - Bob and his group are a pleasure to deal with and get the job done correctly. Also, I really appreciate when something is better served by the dealer. And since I have one of "those" VW Diesel", their advice has been appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend A-1's services.
