98 South is in up and coming downtown Chandler and has fantastic food - especially the linguine with white clam sauce. Of course the wine selection is extensive. The atmosphere is great - very cozy.

Great atmosphere, not to overdone. My husband and I have been many times...Sunday breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you make it for Sunday breakfast, which you should since it is served until 2:30, I recommend the grilled stickies. Nice twist on the traditional cinnamon buns. 3/4/08 - 7PM - The wife and I decided to try this place out for our 3 year anniversary. The food was excellent, however, the service lacked. The mixed drinks from the bar were very weak but cost $7. For the prices, I expected a bit better service than we received... and it wasn't even busy. After spending $120, I'm not so sure that I'd head back to this place. Not impressed.
