the employees did not know anything about the products they sell and they don't listen to what you ask over the phone or in the store. you end up like me, buying a an undesireable piece of equipment that you are stuck with and can't use.

Pros

+ I went there three times and never was satisfied with the way I was treated or the knowledge of the staff.

Cons

- Very very poor service.

I've been here a couple of times to buy oboe reeds - the staff is always really helpful but they don't always have what I need - therefore, I'd strongly recomment calling before stopping in; they're always happy to order things but their selection focuses more on breadth than depth (though I imagine for popular instruments like guitar they have everything you could possibly need). i wanted to buy a saxophone and i went to this place. i wasnt sure which one i wanted and the people there were able to help me pick the right one. i was able to get a good deal on it and they also had deals for service and maintenance in the future.it was a good purchase from a good store.
