Terrible experience! Woke up in the morning to the TV not working. Went to take a shower and the water would not turn on after twisting, pushing, and pulling on the handle. Because I had somewhere to be I couldn't wait for them to fix it. After telling the front Desk employee, Schaun, about my issues I was told she could do nothing about it. Researched and planned a vacation 8 months in advance with a confirmed reservation. Got kicked out a week before my visit. because they needed the space for someone else. Who does this?I was promised that they would find me another room for the night they wanted me out, but they never called like they said they would or answered my emails. One star is too many for this hotel!

I'm very disappointed in this hotel. I'm here for a girls weekend and we've had our room booked since January. Upon arriving this morning, we found that we didn't have a room even though we had multiple confirmation e-mails claiming otherwise. We were told to come back at 3pm and they would see what they could do. We were then given a room with only one bed when we have 4 guests checking in....

Curtis is amazing. Treated us like we were famous. Had theme rooms. The staff was amazing. Would highly recommend anytime in Kansas City MO!!!!!
