When my car broke down, a friend of mine refered me to Chapman Car Care and they gave me the best service I was hopping for. They changed my brakes and my oil and made a general check up to my car. It was a pleasant experience and within a short time I was back on the road.
This is a busy auto repair shop that does reliable work.
They were so fast and tried to take less time to fix my car's A/C. I also told them to clean the carburator and they did it too. They took only an hour to complete both the things. I really appreciate their work.
Chapman Car Care did a great job repairing my vehicle's alternator and starter for a good price and in a timely manner. I had an estimate in my hand within 10 minutes of walking into the shop. The work was top notch and they even agreed to store my vehicle indoors for 2 extra days while I was away. I highly recommend them!
After dropping my vehicle off for ignition issues, I researched in my records and found we had never replaced spark plugs. I asked the technician how the plugs looked and their response was "they look like new, I would not recommend to replace them."
I paid for them to diagnose the issue. They quoted 2 things that even the manufacturer agrees was not needed,

Great air conditioning repair right here in Orange with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. All the other places have a 1 year warranty and no nationwide warranty. They even have loaner cars. The technicians are top notch. They text me pictures of anything that is broken on my car and that builds trust with me. Oh. and my car was washed when I picked it up
