One of the better stocked stores in the local chain, Tedeschi Food Shop has a busy spot at the confluence of Winchester, Dedham and Needham Sts.  Along with the usual convenience store items, this Tedeschi also sells beer, wine and BlockBuster rentals.  Prepared foods, snacks, lottery and cigarettes round out a very fast moving inventory.
