Fine to stop in and get coffee, etc. in the morning. Relatively clean, may have an old gent or two 'loitering' outside at times, who will say hello in a friendly manner if spoken to. I haven't encountered any adverse situations there, but would not, as a woman, stop there at night alone. Immediate neighborhood doesn't have a very good reputation.
