The worst food I have seen delivered to a person in a facility. I have been a caregiver for 25 years+ and am so disturbed that my dad is subject to such terrible food. Last December following my surgery for cancer of the vocal cord, I selected Avamere as my SNF. Following my voluntary discharge I sent the following letter to the staff and administration of Avamere of Hillsboro in recognition of the fine care and attention I received and I saw being delivered to the other patients at Avamere.

Wonderful caring professional staff. People that actually go above and beyond their normal duties, to make you as welcome and comfortable as possible. If you ever need a rehab facility, I highly recommend these people.
