Due to unfortunate drain backup circumstances in my home I called 4 Star Services. The 4 Star Technician, showed up at my door on time, was courteous, professional, and helped educate me and explained what he was doing during the entire process. Whether I can request the same technician, or not, I will definitely use 4 Star Services again in the future from my first experience.

They conned me, caused over $1500 in damages to my bathroom-poop all up to the ceilings, and quoted me originally at $150. Then they took out this machine that broke all my bathroom tile, threw fecal matter everywhere, ruined the tub, the flooring the walls. Then he claimed a toy must have fallen …

Called on a Sunday with a plumbing emergency. Was told that they would be here within an hour and that actually happened. The plumber was courteous, thorough, and didn't rip me off. Was pleased to find a company with integrity, especially when we were in such a vulnerable situation. Will use them again and recommend them to others.
