3 Elements Salon & Spa

Jennifer Biehler is our lash extension specialist, and tried to resolve this issue. Unfortunately she felt that it was not to her satisfaction, an offer to redo and relash was extended but declined. I will remind her that 3 Elements is a booth rent salon and all stylists are independent contractors. Jennifer tried, and I feel to the best of her abilty to remedy the situation to no avail....

Tom Ortega is the best stylist in town. I've been a client since his second year out of school and he is the only one who can make my thinning hair look GREAT! Walking into his salon is like coming home to family. Tom, thanks for everything!

Tom is a great hairstylist and colorist. No one can blow dry my frizzy/curly hair like Tom!! Have gone to him for years and he always does an excellent job! I Leave feeling beautiful!

had the extreme lash extentions put on and then was handed a bag to take care of them for another 100.00. I was so not expecting the care package at the cost of 100.00 on top of the 150.00 session. I left knowing that I would not be back. I had to have my husband even out the back of my cut (scary that my husband did a better job) and I recut my bangs. Also, the root touch up didn't match my current color. I feel that for $140.00 I should leave with a cut I don't have to fix and the color I requested.
