I called and emailed three wks ago looking for repair of 4 of 20+ window products I have in my house. No return calls or emails. They seem to only want to sell not service their products. An interesting business choice.Jen

I have been a customer of 3 Day Blinds for over ten years. I've spent a ton of money on shades and blinds. Unfortunately, my dog ate one of my shades. When I called to replace the shade, I was told the purchase was not on file, and that I would have to take the shade off the bracket and looks for a series of numbers of re-order the shade. If I knew how to do that, I wouldn't be calling for...
