We have had a couple minor maintenance issues in our first month, but they have been taken care of so fast, we cant help but be more impressed with the community than we were when we moved in!

As good as advertised! I signed my lease to 2900 First Ave based off of photos and reviews. I was moving in from out of state, and didn't have time to do on site visits. I was impressed with the quality of the building from top to bottom. Every amenity and nook and cranny was spot less and met my expectations. I'd recommend this place to anyone
