I've been a member of twenty four hour fitness for three years and I believe it is the best facility in boulder. The energy in the gym is amazing and all the trainers are very knowledgeable. Plus one time when I fell and hurt my ankle one of the staff named Kevin went out of his way to go to the gas station and buy me ice so I could ice it, he even helped me to my car!!! I recently visited this club, it is absolutely disgusting. Half the lockers don't work, The HOT TUB AND STEAM ROOM are overdue for a complete overhaul. The hot tub is sweaty and its white finish is stained with years and years of old man sweat and filth. THe steam room is the same way except the stains are filth in the tiles. I have a membership but my friend was interested so i took him in and they really were pushing him to join, he just wanted to try it out and when he said there was a chance he might not want a membership after he was going to try it, the guy (TIM) said well, it is my obligation to give you a trial membership at all. VERY RUDE the place is also completely disgusting, showers gross, locker rooms...

This is the most disgusting workout facility I have ever seen. The bathrooms are unsanitary, and my locker was broke into during daytime hours! They claimed they were not responsible for my lost items. Terrible!
