the gym is in tip top shape. most of the equipment was recently updated. however, some of the dumbbells have mismatched grips. also, this gym can get a little busy during peak hours. if you're staying at one of the hotels in this area, definitely take the time to swing by. approachable staff, friendly members, clean and well maintained bathrooms. this is a truly welcoming gym for those that...

I go here several times a week. I am a member of this gym. The fees are reasonable and you can use the equipment unlimited. I have never used a personal trainer in here but I have seen them with other members and they seem to be very good.
I used to go here on a regular bases before I joined an all womens gym. I really liked it, they have a lot of up to date work out equipment. There are a lot of services here, call your local gym to see what they have.
