I had to go to this place because it was referred from another place since i needed special service for my own pair of glasses (frameless) and the other place did not have the equipment. I went in there with my own prescription, they did a quick eye exam to be sure and the glasses were done well …

Oustanding service very curtious and the optometrist is great. Will recommend 20/20 eyeglass supwr store to anyone who wishes great customer service and better vision both eyeglasses or contacts....

I was vacationing in the Orlando area and fell completing destroying one lens in my glasses. Located 29/20 and they were able to make me new glasses. It took only two hours from walking in the door to leaving with new glasses. Could not have been more pleased.

i really love the service Jay was excellent , very professional , she listen what I was looking for and show me different options, after that it was easy to chose the glasses I need , the employees in 20|20 are courteous and efficient

Buyer Beware!! This is the worst experience I have Ever had! It started about 1 1/2 years ago (Orange Cuty location)when my husband and I went for exams and purchased 3 pairs of glasses. My husbands glasses, a simple prescription, came in 1 week, as planned. My sunglass a week later...not too bad. However it took 6 weeks and 5 trips for them to get my everyday glasses correct! Just a nightmare!...
