I could not recommend 1st Choice Locksmith's crew enough. They came to my unit within an hour of a call today to fix what seemed to be a broken lock and, when and even WORSE emergency turned out to be the problem, the technician didn't even blink! He helped me with my options to fix up the door and lock as best he could right away and then took the time to fully outline a bunch of long-term options for me to consider in order to iron out the real problem. I broke the key off in my ignition. I could not get it out. It was late and I did not know what to do. I called home and my husband suggested that I call 1st Choice Locksmith. We have used their service before and I knew I was in good hands. They came out and got me on the road in a very short time.

I contacted 1st Choice Locksmith based on the positive feedback from this site. Their employees were very friendly and great to deal with. They answered my questions over the phone and were willing to arrange a time to come to my home based on my schedule. Their guy came by on a Sunday morning and did a fantastic job changing with the locks, and explained everything to me so I could fully understand what he was doing. Not only was he a pleasure to deal with, his pug, who came to help out, too, was adorable!

1st Choice Locksmith were amazing, professional, quick, great service. I called and they came the same day. The technician got stuck on an earlier job and actually called me to tell me he might be late and even offered to have someone else come if I couldn't wait. I was extremely surprised and pleased. He was only about a half hour late after all, fixed me right up in about 25 minutes, and did a GREAT job. highly recommended. You just don't find customer service and quality like this any more. Which is a shame, but if you want it in a locksmith, you should give them a call.

Excellent service, I have no complaints. They are very professional and were able to come out right away. Seriously Go with these guys, you won't regret it.
I called them when I locked myself out of my apartment.
They sent a technician to me within 30 minutes as promised and he opened the door within minutes, and charged me what he'd quoted over the phone.I had high expectations after reading the reviews here, and I was not disappointed.\r
