Did not show up or return calls

I called and spoke with Andrew and scheduled a simple repair service call (to replace a garage door cable). Andrew scheduled an appointment for the very next day between 8-10 am. I stayed home from work to meet 1st Choice Garage, only to have them not show up. At 11am, I called the main number to see what the delay was, however I only got the company’s voicemail. Interesting that the message said we will call you back in 5 minutes, 2 days later I still never received a call. In the meantime, Sterling Door & Installation came out and fixed my door expertly and promptly.

There were several things that I thought should have been addressed but I did not see the entire job . There was a peice of conduit that was removed that I had hoped the installer woud stabllize. He insisted that was not his job.
